The publication view contains information and interactions for a given publication.
In this section, you’ll find basic information such as:
- Cover
- Title
- Author
- Publications Details
- Release date
- Publisher
- Language
- Duration (strictly for audiobooks)
- Accessibility information
- Remaining time (for loans)
- Tags
- Progression
These information are extracted either from the catalog that you’re browsing or the files themselves.
Under the cover, the following actions are available:
- Read
- Return (strictly for loans)
- Delete
- Save as
Accessing the publication view
From the homepage or all publications
- Click the … menu under the publication cover
- Click Publication details
From the reader view
- Click on the Information icon in upper left corner of the screen
From catalogs
- Browse and search for publications in a catalog
- Click on the cover of a publication
Adding or removing tags
You can add or remove tags on all publications that have been imported or downloaded in Thorium Desktop.
To easily search and sort your publications, you can add and remove tags associated to them in this view.
To add a new tag to a publication:
- click on text field
- type the name of the tag that you’d to create
- click on the Add button
To add an existing tag to a publication:
- click on down arrow on the right of the text field
- select the tag that you’d like to add
- click on the Add button
To remove a tag from a publication:
- click on the “pencil” icon on the right of a tag
- click on Delete
