Yes, Thorium Mobile is free and and available on the AppStore.
It's developed by EDRLab (European Digital Reading Lab), a non-profit association dedicated to open standards, literacy and accessibility.
We've built Thorium Mobile on top of an open-source project called the Readium Swift toolkit. We're the lead maintainers of this project, which is used by hundreds of mobile apps worldwide.
Can I use Thorium Mobile offline?
Yes, Thorium Mobile works entirely offline.
Downloading additional publications protected by Readium LCP requires a one-time connection, but you can remain offline otherwise at all times.
Which languages are supported by Thorium Mobile?
Thorium Mobile can open content in any language, but the application itself is translated in the following languages:

- Swedish
What is Readium LCP?
Readium LCP is an interoperable DRM solution used by retailers/libraries to protect ebooks, audiobooks and comics.
Thorium Reader can support both permanent (purchases) and expiring (loans) LCP licenses.
